Xerox Names Randall Burrows Vice President and General Manager of Xerox Litigation Services

ROCHESTER, N.Y., Sept. 14, 2010 – Xerox Corporation (NYSE: XRX) has announced the appointment of Randall A. Burrows as vice president and general manager of Xerox Litigation Services.

Since 2008, Burrows has served as vice president of business development of Xerox Litigation Services. He now has chief executive officer responsibilities and oversees the financial and operational performance of Xerox Litigation Services, including the management of more than 225 employees and all aspects of the company’s technology platform and professional services. Burrows now reports to Ann Vezina, executive vice president and group president of Enterprise Solutions & Services.

Prior to joining Xerox, Burrows was managing director of Navigant Consulting, Inc., a specialized, global expert services firm. He has more than 25 years of experience in the legal industry, including 20 years as a litigator and trial attorney representing major U.S. corporations.

Burrows earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of California at Berkeley. He is a graduate of Duke University School of Law. He frequently writes and speaks about litigation management and technology related issues. Xerox Litigation Services is one of the world’s largest providers of e-discovery and litigation support services, with more than two billion pages of hosted data, 20,000 client users and 225 employees. The New York Law Journal recently named Xerox Litigation Services as the ‘Best eDiscovery Provider’.
